Line Supervisor

Job description / Role

- The core purpose of this position is Shop Floor Management in Frozen & Chill food Production area in Factory.
- Which includes supervision during various production stages and ensuring quality standards are followed as per guidelines, maintaining hygiene and factory operating standards, ensuring team members are following adequate safety measures during operations, and proper packaging of finished products.
- Position also includes maintaining basic production records accurately and furnishing the same to supervisor.
- The objective to fill up this position is to develop this resource further, who will potentially Factory Supervisor

- Minimum 3 years of Frozen/Fresh Food manufacturing factory experience (preferably in meat processing plants)
- Higher Secondary Course minimum (Diploma in food science, food technology, food engineering, or a related field preferred.)
- Strong supervisory skill in factory environment.
- Comfortable working with strict deadlines
- Strong communication.
- High level of motivation.
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Manage Team members.
- Willing to work in operational and office environment.

Salary:
AED 3000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
