Sales Team Leader

Job Description:
-Support deal closures by preparing competitive quotes, managing supplier negotiations, and coordinating with Logistics for order fulfilment.
-Ensure quick response times on quote requests and order submissions.
-Communicate regularly with customers on order status, addressing inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team within specified timelines.
-Assist the CEO with reporting and administrative duties, while managing an 8-member team across sales, accounting, and logistics departments.

Position Title: Sales Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law quarterly target-based commissions

About the Client:
One of the key distributors of data centre and premium brands in IT security and networking products.

Qualifications:
-40 years old and below
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role from IT industry
