Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to retail.
- Oversee onboarding, workshops, and ongoing staff development.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, ensuring ROI.
- Manage training budgets and adjust programs as needed.
- Conduct key training sessions and support HR initiatives.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in training within aviation, hospitality, or service sectors.
- Strong understanding of luxury service markets.
- Skilled in modern training methods and LMS tools.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
