Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Manage and renew contracts, addressing any modifications or amendments as necessary.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that client needs and expectations are understood and met.
